Stage 7- Green Lake
That's right, you heard me FUCK YOU GREEN LAKE!!!!
Did you know that the neighboring city, Ripon, was the birthplace of the Republican Party? It's true, we went right by the little school house it started in back in 1854. I have pictures but those Republican motherfuckers over at Cingular somehow are "having problems" with their network after snideblog digs up a little dirt on them..... coincidence???? btw; there is a Republican House Chinese Restaurant next door....... please add comments below.
Anyway we were sort of pissed rolling into town, but we were even more pissed after we unloaded the car and one of those Republican bees stung Flood. They stung him right on the ear, obviously all Liberal's most vulnerable point. A bee took out our guy Flood!!! If there was anything we could take from the experience, it was comforting to know there was one less of them in the world. FUCK YOU REPUBLICAN BEES!!!!!
So with Flood taken out by those fuckers, we were fired up..... and as I said earlier.... DON'T MAKE HARELAND MAD!!!! Flood recovered, but was in no condition to race, so although Flood wasn't going to race with us, we had new Silver superstar, M. Muyres... aka "Wojo", so we were still feeling confident..... and that's just bad news for everyone else.
It was 75 low wind, 30 miles, 35 laps. LOTS of turns and a nice little climb each lap..... right up our alley!!!! It started off like a house on fire, strung out after the 2nd corner. Dewey was there again and was killing it. AP, Wojo, Hareland and I got our asses up to the front. I was covering some moves, going with some others, and about 10 laps in or so, Hareland had just about enough and attacked.
He took off solo. About a lap later Dewey went up to him and I knew knew that was lights out. Wojo, AP, and I rode heard the rest of the way and that was that.
Hareland and Dew stayed away and Hareland got the win. Hollywood's first win at Superweek 07!!!!!
AP, Wojo, and I stayed in the field and sprinted it out. We didn't stick around for the results, but we thing I was 9th and we're all hoping Wojo is 13th to keep our streak alive.
FUCK YEAH!!!!!! We busted open the good wine back at Mama and Papa Snide's. We plan on doing it again tomorrow!
Hareland is closing the gap on the overall leaders and tomorrow is another good hard twisty course in Waukesha.... another Republican stronghold.

AP's going to weigh in on the snideblog of the day...
Snide is being WAYYYYYYYYYYY modest about today's race. Hareland made a GREAT move, after Snide ripped it at the front for a few laps. I couldn't believe the first and second place overall guys (or their teammates) let Hareland go, but they did. Dewey bridged, game over, they were outta sight, lickety split. Then, when Hardogger and Dew had a 35 second gap, the wanknuts decided to start chasing... okay here we go again, on the rivot for several laps, and for what???! No way were they going to catch them, and the gap only grew because one wanknut would go to the front, then we'd sit up, then another wanknut, sit, so on so forth until they had a minute 20, i.e Har/Dew almost lapped us, i.e the wanknuts are dumbernshit.
Bottomline, Hareland was mad, one of us was on/near the front of the field the whole time and we had Flood shouting encouragement on the hill every lap. NIIIIIICE! The only bummer of the day, aside from Flood getting stung by a republican bee, was that the wanknut in 2nd place overall(pretty sure he's republican) won the field sprint for 3rd. Dumb but fast.
Not sure how the overall looks, but it just got a bit more interesting after today.
Whoa there young-Snides. At least one Silver Boy-Man got married at that there Ripon church across street from fine Republican House. Reception at the Party Birthplace (we're Independants)where we were celebratin Badgers over Ohio-State in Football for first time in like 30 years and Brew Crew in the Series. So you are trash-talkin serious Wisconsin Silver history here. Plus apparently Green Lake/Ripon was GOOD to Silver. Except for boy-Flood......davey p
